Terms

AGREEMENT: A bona fide company purchase order or signed copy of a DKI Company quotation by the purchaser is considered binding and a firm order, not subject to cancellation.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders and/or colors of merchandise not normally stocked will be ordered after 50% non-refundable deposit is made and quotation signed. Special order merchandise is non-refundable.

PAYMENT: For furniture purchases under $2,000, full payment must be made in advance. All furniture purchases exceeding $2,000 require a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% due upon delivery. DKI accepts Cash, Company Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment.

DELIVERY: There is a minimum charge of $85.00 for all furniture deliveries. Additional set-up and labor charges may be included. The purchaser agrees to pay for any special charges during delivery. Please make all necessary arrangements prior to delivery, such as moving existing furniture. DKI's insurance policy does not allow the use of stairways during delivery.

These charges and fees can not be changed or modified unless in writing signed by an authorized DKI Officer.
